Summary: Great apartment. Clean, well appointed and modern. Luxury linens and toiletries. Lots of space for my family. Nice kitchen but limited in terms of accoutrements. Walking distance or short drive to lots of sites.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay and the apartment was perfect for our family. A ton of space, old building but very modern decor and clean. A great, safe location as well. Staff was helpful and friendly. Truly the only downside was the loud sound created by the loft space and thin walls which affected sleeping a bit. Otherwise, a fantastic stay and would for sure stay here again.

Overall, it’s a perfect blend of boutique hotel comfort and apartment-style living, ideal for both short and extended stays. I’d definitely return on my next trip to Cleveland.

Summary: Wow, This place is special. A large Cleveland department store was completely renovated to create a mixed use space with 307 apartments and business spaces. The building is now called The May. Our apartment (which was cheaper than a hotel), was a brand new 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and sitting room including a washer and dryer and all new technology. The facility is right down town within walking distance of all the key sights. The facility has its own parking structure in the building and while Valet parking is high, on may days you can self-park for $20 a night. Our room with its high ceilngs and brightly lite rooms we a joy to be in.
